This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with American Spirit are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.

American Spirit ships physical products to customers within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or seasonal demand.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times typically range between 5–7 business days after an order has shipped, depending on the delivery destination and shipping carrier.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. No additional shipping charges are added after an order has been confirmed without customer notice.


Tracking Information

When available, tracking information is provided after an order has shipped. Tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery updates are managed by the shipping carrier.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. American Spirit is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an address error is identified shortly after placing an order, customers should contact us promptly. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address information may require additional shipping charges if reshipment is requested. Returned shipments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
